At Attire Dot, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel. If you face any issue, we are here to assist you with a smooth process, under the following updated terms:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange


  • A return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests should be submitted only through our Return & Exchange section on the website.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

🛑 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items


  • Products purchased during special sales, discount offers, clearance, or promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Customized products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • No refund will be issued for discounted or offer-based purchases.

📦 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To raise a request:


  1. Visit the Return & Exchange section on our website.

  2. Submit your complaint within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

💰 Refund Terms


  • Refunds will be processed only after successful quality verification of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 24 hours of pickup & approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be transferred via UPI or bank account after confirmation.
  • ₹149 handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount for T-shirts.
  • For heavy parcels such as tracksuits and hoodies, a ₹349 shipping & handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Items failing quality verification (washed, worn, damaged, or missing tags) will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

🚚 Pickup & Quality Check


  • The product must be packed as originally received.

  • Pickup will be scheduled by our logistics team.

  • Exchange/refund will be processed only after inspection.
